Terms and Conditions
- Please contact me directly to book your preferred slot. Either SMS/ whatsapp to 9168 8232 or email me at shona@mentalforpolish.com Replies will be within 24 hours.
- All slots must be accompanied with a full deposit of the service that is required (e.g. Gel Mani is $30 deposit) to prevent a no-show or in case of a last minute cancellation. The deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable if you do not show up or cancel your appointment. No interbank transfers.
- All cancellation of appointments or any changes in services should be made 24 hours beforehand, thereafter; deposit will be confiscated.
- Do not be late. I set aside fixed time slot to my customers so as to provide my best service to them. If you are late, you must downgrade your service (e.g. Gelish Classic Manicure to Classic Manicure) and opt for a simpler nail design so that I will not delay the next customer. The grace period will be 20 minutes. If you do not arrive within 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
- For nail art requests, do send a picture to me via SMS/ whatsapp a few days prior to appointment. This is so that I can set aside more time for you if your design is complicated or I can advise you on whether the nail art is suitable depending on my skills and the resources I have.
- Appointments are strictly for FEMALES only. Please do not bring any male friends to my place for security reasons.
