Hey guys! Today I am going to do a review on the latest Chanel’s nail polishes; Black Pearl and Pearl Drop. I know I’m missing Peche Necree but I don’t know whether I want to purchase that so we’ll see! Chanel nail polishes retail for $36 and I think these wasn’t limited edition so if you still haven’t get your hands on them, go get it! I’m just worried for my wallet… Luxury nail polishes are burning a huge hole in them.

I got Black Pearl 2 weeks ago but I didn’t get to swatch it until today. What attracted me most to this polish is that it is a gunmental colour that flashes teal, gray and blue. I love that its like a chameleon. Even though I’m not loving the frost finish and the visible brush strokes, I’m loving the colour ALOT. I feel like a rocker chick with this on!

I finally decided to get Pearl Drop because I think these two polishes deserve to be together! I literally squealed when I place them side by side on my table. LOVE THEM!!!!
Pearl Drop is an off-white cream colour with flashes of gold in them. Similar like Black Pearl, it has a frost finish with visible brush strokes! But I’m sure with practice, those visible brush strokes wouldn’t be standing in your way. I have a love-hate relationship with this… It looks so pretty in the bottle until it gets on my fingernails… LOBSTER HANDS ALERT!!!! I can picture this would look good on fair-skinned women! This colour seems so suitable for office because it looks so elegant and classy.

Application was flawless for both polishes. They tend to be sheer for the first coat but completely opaque in the second. The visible brush strokes is even more prominent in Pearl Drop so you have to be really careful during application! I love Black Pearl more than Pearl Drop because Pearl Drop doesn’t really compliment my skin tone and nails. But currently, this is my favourite pearl colour among my other ones!

I can never justify buying a bottle of chanel polish! But I have to agree that the polish is v nice! I think pics of Pearl Drop with flash look awesome!
haha me too, i wasn’t into luxury nail polishes before but swatches online sucked me in!!! D: my poor wallet! hahaha but these are actually my first batch of Chanel’s. I love the packaging its so pretty!!!
Have you seen the MAC Wonder Woman nail polishes?? SO PRETTY. I WANT IT. BUT ITS JUST A REGULAR BLUE AND RED. ARGH D:
Aww man LOL yes it’s just a regular red n blue creme polish! Unless you have nothing similar in your stash and you really really want it, then buy it! Happy now better than having to regret not getting it later right!
Haha I have similar shades in my stash but I just wanna own it because of the packaging!!! 😦 haha I think I’d probably get it next week hahaha need to save!

I dunno how much MAC polishes are, I don’t own 1! LOL!
Haha ok I check out the pricing already! Those from Wonder Woman collection is $24/bottle and regular ones are $19/bottle!
